1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the ph957 online gaming platform at ph957.club (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the ph957 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform (collectively, the "Agreement"). 2.2 Geographic Eligibility

3 Account Registration & Management

3.2 One Account Policy

Holding multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and a selfie for comparison. ph957 may request additional documentation at any time. 3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph957 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you. ph957 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). ph957 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

3.5 Account Updates

You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change, particularly your email address, phone number, or banking details. ph957 cannot be held responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information provided by the User.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph957 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Philippine payment channels including, but not limited to, GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, InstaPay, and major Philippine bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and others as listed on the Platform). 4.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. Deposits are credited to your ph957 wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph957 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources; you may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals will be declined and returned where possible.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods registered under the same name as the ph957 account. ph957 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier. ph957 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within ten (10) minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on banking network conditions. ph957 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All ph957 transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph957 is not responsible for currency conversion losses or banking fees incurred by the User when transacting in other currencies.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ph957 is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all applicable PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance requirements. ph957 may request source-of-funds documentation, delay withdrawals, or freeze accounts where suspicious activity is detected. ph957 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers provided by ph957 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ph957 account are not immediately withdrawable as cash. They are subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) that must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5.4 ph957's Discretion

ph957 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time prior to the offer being claimed, and to refuse participation in any promotion at its sole discretion. ph957 may set maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from bonus funds.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All slot games, bingo games, and Random Number Generator (RNG) table games on ph957 use certified RNG systems that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. 6.2 Malfunctions

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, ph957 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform — including, without limitation, loss of gaming funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

ph957's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their ph957 wallet during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph957 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11 Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by ph957

ph957 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• At the direction of PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

11.2 Termination by User

You may close your ph957 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method. ph957 reserves the right to conduct final verification checks before releasing funds upon account closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Bonus balances and promotional credits are forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering requirement completion status. Real-money balances that have met all applicable wagering and verification requirements will be returned to the User via their verified payment method.

12 Disputes & Complaints

12.1 Internal Resolution

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, specifically those with jurisdiction over the registered office of ph957's operating entity.
